DAY 1-SATURDAY-DEPARTURE
Depart New York on board a Royal Air Maroc flight to Casablanca.
DAY2-SUNDAY-CASABLANCA/RABAT
Morning arrival in Casablanca. Enjoy an orientation tour of Casablanca, continue to Rabat. Visit the Medina, Kasbah of the Oudayas, the Hassan Tower and Mosque, the splendid Mohammed V Mausoleum and the ramparts and walls of the Mechouar which surround the Royal Palace. Dinner and overnight. (D)
DAY 3-MONDAY -RABAT/MEKNES/FES
Depart Rabat stopping en-route at Volubilis and visit the ancient Roman sites. Arrive in Meknes to visit the Bab el Mansour, the Royal Palace, the Royal Stables, the Tomb of Moulay Ismail, visit Moulay Idriss a shrine dedicated to the founder of the first Arab Dynasty. Arrive in Fes where you will have dinnerand overnight. (B,L,D)
DAY 4 - TUESDAY - MEKNES/FES
Full day excursion to the Imperial City of Fes. Visit the Medina, the Medras (religious Islamic University), the Karaouine Mosque and the much photographed Nejjarine Fountain. Explore the souks where craftsmen still labor in the old age oriental tradition. (B,L,D)
DAY 5-WEDNESDAY -FEZ/MIDELT/ERFOUD
Morning departure from Fes driving through the wooded middle Atlas. On the way visit Azrou. a Berber village known for its handicraft skills. Midelt is an important mining center. Stop for lunch and continue through the Ziz River and series of fortified villages. Arrive in Erfoud in time for dinner and overnight. (B,L,D)
DAY 6-THURSDAY ERFOUD/RISSANI/TINEGHIR
After breakfast depart to Tinghir via Rissani. the birth place of the Alaouite Dynasty and known for its dates market. Visit the ruins of Ksar Abbar. Travel through the Tinjdad road to Tinghir for lunch. Afternoon visit to the famous Todra Gorges with their impressive bare escarpments Optional landrover excursion to Merzouga Dunes. (B,L,D)
DAY 7-FRIDAY -TINGHIR/OUARZAZATE
Morning drive to Ouarzazate via El Kelaa Mgouna and the Dades Valley. Short visit of this small city known by its annual roses festival. After lunch proceed to Ouarzazate. Arrive at your hotel for dinner and overnight. (B,L,D)
DAY 8 -SATURDAY -OUARZAZATE EXCURSION TO AIT BEN HADDOU
After breakfast visit Ouarzazate including Tifoultout and Taurirt Kasbahs. Continue to Ait Ben Haddou village. After lunch visit the ruins of this Kasbah. Return to Ouarzazate fordinnerand overnight. (B,L,D)
DAY 9 - SUNDAY - ZAGORA EXCURSION
Full day excursion to visit the city of Zagora driving through the Agdz and the Draa Valley. Lunch upon arrival. In the afternoon, orientation tour of Zagora and visit of Tamegroute village, famous for its library with a large collection of rare manuscripts. Return to Ouarzazate for dinner and overnight. DAY10-MONDAY-OUARZAZATE/MARRAKESH
Depart for Marrakesh via the Tichka pass (2600 m of altitude) and Taddert. Arrive in Marrakesh in time for lunch. Dinner this evening will be at a Moroccan restaurant withashow. (B.L.D)
DAY 11 -TUESDAY-MARRAKESH
The day will be devoted to visit Marrakesh, the second oldest Imperial city, known as the "Pearl of the South" with its Saadian tombs, the Koutoubia, the Bahia Palaces and the Menara Garden. Return to the hotel for lunch Afternoon exploration of the souks and the Djemma El Fna Square with various entertainment. A Diffa Fantasia dinner will be provided under Caidal tents at "Chez All" while watching folkloric troops from different Moroccan regions. (B,L,D)
DAY 12-WEDNESDAY-MARRAKESH

DAY 13 THURSDAY-
Transfer to airport for your flight back to the U.S.A.
